Using Your Account

There are a lot of things you may perform as a registered customer.  You may check the status of an order, change your order information, and subscribe to mailing.  You may perform all these yourself via My Account.

Simply click on Account Tab at the top side of this page. (This link will always be available to you from any page on the Web site.) We'll ask you to sign in with the e-mail address and password associated with your account. If you forgot your password, please click on the "Forgotten Password" link.

If you are a new customer and haven't placed an order with us yet, you do not need to register or open an account with us first. You will create an account at the time that you are ready to be our registered customer.  When you are ready to be our registered customer, just click “Log In” at the top of the page and click on “Continue” on the Register Account column.  The registration process will lead your through.

If you simply forgot your password and need to reset it to access your account, visit the link above and provide your e-mail address. We'll then help you acquire a new one by sending a personalized link to your e-mail address. Your new password will become live right away.

If you have a new e-mail address or wish to change your password, use the link above to access the My Account settings page. You'll need to log in with your current e-mail address and password to access these settings. If you change your e-mail address, all subscriptions and communications preferences will automatically be associated with your new e-mail address.


Logging In and Signing Out

What if I have problem logging in?

When you have problem logging in, here are some things to check:

  • Incorrect E-mail Address: Your e-mail address must be in this format: username@domain.com (or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one e-mail address, be sure that you're using the correct e-mail address and password combination for the account you are trying to access. Also, if your computer is set to auto-complete the e-mail, make sure it's the correct e-mail address listed.
  • Incorrect Password: If you're sure you're using the correct e-mail address, try to reset your password. Simply visit https://www.badmintonbay.com/index.php?route=account/forgotten and follow the on-screen instructions. Your new password will take effect immediately.

When should I sign out?

If you are using a public/shared computer, you should log off, or sign out, before you leave the computer. You'll be able to tell if you are signed in by checking if your name is still appear on the top of the page.  

  • If you are signed into BadmintonBay.com: Your account name and a "Sign out" link will appear on the top of the web site. You can click the "Sign out" link at any time to exit your BadmintonBay.com account.
  • If you are not signed into BadmintonBay.com: The "Sign out" link will not be available.

What happens when I sign out?

After you sign out, your name will be removed from the home page.  

We recommend that you sign out only when you feel that you must. If we can't identify you, it will be difficult for us to identify items that might be of interest to you.

To regain access to the items saved in your Shopping Cart or to place orders, you'll need to sign in again.
